Welcome to New York City

Welcome to
  New York!

What a New Yorker treat! In NYC schools the Second Graders learn about the Capital of the World...New York City! Our class will be in a New York state of mind and will be visiting, exploring, investigating, touching, smelling and stepping in New York City landmarks.

Our Community:

Our class is learning about our charming community of Sunnyside,
the history of the construction of Queens Boulevard
elevated railroad and subway stations, and the picturesque Sunnyside Garden.
