My Vision:

All students actively engaged in a wide variety of learning activities using a cooperative approach. They are gaining knowledge and answering questions they have generated about their expanding world and how they fit into it now and in the future. Students view all people and resources within the room and school as child-friendly and there to support their job of constructing knowledge and becoming socially and emotionally well-balanced human beings.

They show confidence in risk-taking and problem solving and allow themselves to make some wrong turns to get where they ultimately want to go. They view themselves as capable, resourceful, and successful.

They see themselves as readers, writers, mathematicians, problem solvers, socially aware, scientifically observant and builders of our future world.
