| Highway 75 is the main North-South thoroughfare. Many restaurants are located along Highway 75. A retail development including many restaurants and a movie theater is located at the northwest corner of Highways 75 and 82.
Highways 82 and 56 (Lamar Street) are the main East-West thoroughfares.
Map directions to the gyms have a starting point at the intersection of Lamar St. and Highway 75 where the red star is located.

1. From Hwy. 75, take the Lamar St./Houston St. exit. 2. Go East on Lamar to Colbert St. 3. Turn left on Colbert St. to Chaffin St. 4. Turn right on Chaffin St. 5. Go one block. End at 2201 E. Lamar Map to Piner Middle School 
1. From Hwy. 75, take the Lamar St./Houston St. exit. 2. Follow the Hwy. 75 access road North to W. Pecan St. 3. Turn right on W. Pecan St. 4. End at 402 W. Pecan. Map to Austin College 
| 1. From 75 take Lamar east to Grand. 2. Turn left on Grand to Brockett. 3. Turn left on Brockett. 4. Follow signs to the Mason Complex. The gym is located inside the Mason Complex. | Map to Texoma Christian School 
| 1. Take Lamar St. Exit off of Hwy 75.
2. Go west on Houston St.
3. End at 3500 W. Houston St. School is off the road a ways on your left just after HWY 1417. Map to Denison High School 
| 1. Go north on Hwy. 75. 2. Take the 503-SPUR Exit 66 toward Denison. 3. Merge onto 503-SPUR E. 4. Turn left onto W. Coffin St. 5. Turn right onto S. Mirick Ave. 6. End at 1901 S. Mirick Ave. | Map Showing Hotel Locations: La Quinta, Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton 
1. From Highway 75 and Lamar (Hwy 56), Take Highway 75 North. 2. Exit Highway 82.
3. Loop under Highway 75. Hotels are on the southbound Highway 75 access road. Map from Dallas to Sherman
