The ITBS (Iowa Test of Basic Skills)-2nd Grade
This is an acheviement test normed according to a child's age/grade.
This test is administered to our 2nd Graders in November:
Testing Dates November 5, 6, 7
There are three subtests that the students will take: reading, language, and math. Each subtest is administered by the classroom teacher on the mornings (approx. 45 minutes) of testing days. The goal is to get a snapshot of our 2nd Graders and where they are. The scores in no way reflect the entire child, they are just a picture to show where they are at that time and to help us as educators monitor their progress.
