To All Chairpersons:

Please be advised that prior to submitting your fliers and letters to McVey's Principal, Mrs. Dunne, for approval your letters and or fliers must be signed off by the co-presidents.

Letters and or fliers should be submitted no later than two weeks before your event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
