 Welcome to the fifth grade website. 2012 is underway and the next 4 months are going to fly by! We are so excited to have you join us for information you will need for fifth grade. Parents: Please make every effort to have students arrive at school with their daily necessities, such as: lunches, binders, homework, PE shoes, money, school forms, etc. This will help to avoid interruptions during instruction. We would appreciate it! Important information for you to be aware of:
Thursday, Feb. 2 - Wester Orchestra Instruments Carnival 4:00-8:00
Monday-Tuesday, Feb. 6-7 - Wester Band Instrument Carnival see website for more info. Tuesday, Feb. 7 - Wester Registration cards go home with students Feb. 13-17 - Spring Book Fair Tuesday, Feb. 14 - Valentine's Day Party 2:00 Wednesday, Feb. 15 - Wester Registration cards due to Homeroom teacher Thursday, Feb. 16 - Progress Reports go home The school day is 7:50-2:50. Remember to use your blue hang tag for your mirror with your child's name if you are picking up in carpool lane.
Important Info on Morning Carpool Drop Off We would like to remind you that when dropping off your child/ren in the morning at the front entrance to please be mindful of the cars waiting behind you. The safety patrol students/adults are there to open up car doors and help your child out of the car so that we can keep the traffic moving. There is not a need for you to get out of the car. This slows down traffic making it even more hectic. Thanks for your help with this.
