Guidance Lessons

Classroom Guidance Lessons help students understand themselves and others. Through classroom guidance, I help students develop peer relationships, effective social skills, decision making skills and study skills, effective communications, conflict resolution, coping strategies, and explore safe and healthy choices.  Guidance Lessons focus on the academic, career, and personal/social development.   Please select your child's grade level on this page to learn more about what topic is being addressed, the lesson materials, and the follow-up "Counselor Conversation Cards" for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students to encourage further home discussion about our lessons.
