ER Fitness and Wellness Center

• The district's Fitness and Wellness Center is open to residents from 5 to 7:00 a.m. and 3:05 to 8:00 p.m. weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekends.

The two-room, 2,100-square-foot center, which opened in 2000, includes almost 20 electronic, user-friendly cardiovascular machines (bikes, treadmills,elliptical cross-trainers, and stepping machines), a complete line of Cybex strengthening machines, and extensive free weights and training racks. It also features a "cardio-theater system" of three large-screen remote-control televisions, with separate audio jacks at each cardio machine.
