Coach's Bio Coach's Bio

Been competitively running the majority of my life. I started running on a team in 8th grade and continued until junior year of undergrad. I was able to run Division 2 Cross Country at Harding University, and since then have been running on my own for several years. My training has shifted in recent years to longer events (10k and Half Marathons). I recently qualified for NYC Marathon and have been trying to Qualify for the Boston Marathon in recent races. My coaching direction is all about pace, which makes my workouts and mentality ideal for the premier distance runner.

Below are some of my personal best times in certain events during high school, followed by my records in my solo endeavors.

Track Event Bests During High School:
Long Jump 18'9"
Triple Jump 38'11"
400 Hurdles 60.9
1600m 5:07
3200m 11:04

Cross Country Bests During High School:
2400m (1.5 miles) 8:08
5km (3.1 miles) 17:38
4800m (3 miles) 17:15

Competed in several other events including 400m, 800m, 4x400, 4x800, and the 110 Hurdles.
Went to the state qualifier meet in both hurdling events.
