Creating A Video Make your production go smoothly by planning. Ask questions and make lists. Who is the audience? * What do you want them to do? * Why should they care? * What is the main topic? * Why am I creating this? * Are there visuals? Will music help? * What information is being presented? * How can I best show this information? What is your plan? * Create a storyboard. * Who and what will be in a scene? * What is going to be said or done? How? * Will there be music? What music? * What kind of lighting or props are needed? When it is time to shoot the video consider the following: Survey the room. * Decide on the location of the camera and subject. * Where are the natural lights? Are you using your own? * Is there an echo in this location? * Are there any background noises? Place the subject, camera, lights, and mics. Begin shooting. Check your footage. Do you need to reshoot the scene? * Why did you want to reshoot? * What do you need to change to make the scene work? * What did you like and want to keep in the scene? Save your video to your computer. Upload your video to http://tinypic.com/. Embedd your video to the Choptank Technology Club webpage.
