Overbrook School cheerleaders win top prize at competition The Overbrook School cheerleaders took first prize at the 2009 Parochial League Cheerleading Competition at Father Ryan High School Wednesday night, Oct. 21. The squad beat out a total field of eight teams to take the top prize. “I could not be more proud of what this squad has accomplished,” said Cheryl Panther, the team coach. “What a talented, hard-working group they are. I am thrilled their dedication has paid-off with such a well-deserved victory.” The Overbrook cheerleaders are: Katie M., Taylor R., Allyson C., Dina M., Rachel O., Rachel P., Grayson R., Raegan J., Gracie C., Brannan D., Helen M., Anna F., Talia V., and Caroline S.
