2011-2012 School Lunch Prices
Preschool 3 & 4: $2.00
3rd Grade: $2.25
4-8th Grade: $2.50
Lunch and Pre-Paid Lunch Account Policies:
1. All lunches must be pre-paid. You may pre-pay on a weekly or monthly basis. You may also pre-pay for snacks, however, please indicate on the check or separate slip how much is for snack. Order Forms are due to the School Office By Friday Each week. Please make checks payable to St. Matthew Lutheran School Lunch Program.
2. Milk is included in the price of hot lunch.
3. If you child has an allergy to a certain food, or a medically necessary substitution, a doctor’s note must be submitted to the school office who will then notify the cafeteria staff. We will provide a healthy alternative selection.
4. Prepaid accounts reaching zero without a new deposit: Students will be allowed to charge up to 3 regular lunches. After that time, only the sandwich lunch will be available until a deposit is made on the account.
5. As we are trying to provide healthier lunches, we will no longer be selling bags of potato chips. Instead, we will be selling fruit cups, cheese sticks, yogurts, pretzels, etc.
Free/Reduced Meal Benefits: You may apply for these benefits at any time during the school year. We have applications available in the School Office and on our website.
