ATTENTION ENG. 2 PARENTS:

We will be viewing the movie Vantage Point in mid-February.  This movie is rated PG-13 for sequences of intense violence and action, some disturbing images and brief language. 

We are viewing this because of it's interesting take on point of view, which is the element that we are currently covering.

If you do NOT want your student to view this movie, please contact me and they will be given an alternate assignment.

ALL ABOUT ME:

I grew up in Granite City, IL.  I graduated from Granite City High School in 2000.  GO WARRIORS!  After high school, I went to Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL.  In 2005, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in English with secondary certification.  Currently, I am working on my master's degree through SEMO.  At Hillsboro High School, I teach English II A/B, English III A/B and sponsor Student Council.
