Creative Ways Everyone Can Help |
Can't Volunteer this Month?
There are lots of ways you can help the Home & School Association and your child's school...
- Collect Boxtops, Tyson A+ labels & Campbell Soup labels - drop them in an envelope or plastic bag and give them to your child's teacher .
- Donate your My Coke Rewards Points to our school. click here for additional information
- If you shop Target- link your Target REDcard to Queen of All Saints School – Oakville MO (online or at the Customer Service Desk), every dollar you spend earns points for our school. (Target: www.target.com/tcoe 1-800-316-6142 the Target school ID# is 24295)
- Donate old ink cartridges. These go to a good cause and raise money for our school at the same time. (Please put these in plastic bags/grocery bags) Just drop them at the school office we'll take it from there!
- On the way to pick up or drop off, remember to bring your old newspapers and other papers to recycle. Not only can you tell your friends you are going green, but you are helping out the school. Just drop them in the big green containers in the school parking lot.
- If you have some coloring books, word search / puzzle books, or crayons that are no longer in use at home- send them in to the school office where they will be greatly appreciated on those rainy / snowy days.
- Donate your used school uniforms by dropping them off in the Church Hall.
- Purchase Grocery Certificate or Scrip. You can purchase your scrip every Saturday / Sunday after mass or Monday through Friday from the Parish Office. Try signing up for the automatic withdrawal program. Your choice of Dierbergs, Shop ‘N Save, Walmart certificates can be ready for you by the 5th of every month either after mass or at the Parish Office. - Is it time to order Magazines Order on line – A portion of all sales or renewals benefits the school. Contact the qashsa@gmail.com for more information.
- Most important continue to offer your prayers for our school, staff and students during this school year.
- Participate in events! Even if you can't volunteer, come and join in! It's no fun without you!
However, if you have a few hours to Volunteer this Month……
- Do you wonder what your sons/daughters or grandchildren are doing at recess? Come find out and enjoy the outdoors.. Even if you have just a couple hours a week or even every other week, help with Recess Duty. Contact Maureen Hecht in the school office for additional information.
