When students come to the math lab they are active learners.  I enhance their learning by providing students the opportunity to see and touch math through the use of manipulatives and games. I encourage students to solve problems by using their thinking skills and their math reasoning. 

The math lab is a safe learning environment where children feel free to ask questions, to make mistakes, and to clarify their understanding.  I facilitate their learning by planning lessons that build a strong mathematical foundation.
