1. Nut Sale Fundraiser
Greetings everyone!We raised over $4,000.00 this year for our Nut Sale. Thank you! As a result, we are able to setup the following classroom programs and field trips for our students.
Kindergarten: Audubon Society "Seasonal Sensations", KLS Puppet Theatre 1st Grade: Massachusetts Birds of Prey Rehabilitation Center; KLS Puppet Theatre 2nd Grade: Southwick Zoomobile Insect program, Save The Bay "Beachcombers" classroom program, KLS Puppet Theatre 3rd Grade: Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology in school presentation on Native People of the Arctic!, Audubon Societies "Moccasin Trails" in school program 4th Grade: Roger Williams Re-enactment; Electricity classroom program 5th Grade; Audubon Society "Marvelous Minerals and Gems"; Snake Lady
Field trips include: Save The Bay Coastal Exploration Center in Middletown; Sturbridge Village, BIOMES Marine Center, Rhode Island School of Design Museum and the State House.
Without these fundraisers we would not be able to bring these enrichment programs to our students. We are slightly below our goal, so please help by participating in our Penny Social Raffle at the Winter Celebration on 12/4. We hope to raise enough to add additional assemblies for the students during the cold winter months!
