Hello Health Students.  We welcome you to the adventure of Palmer Health Education.  We hope that this class will be a positive experience for you and that you walk away with new skills that will enhance your personal social health, physical health, and mental/emotional health. Oh, and we hope that you have some fun while doing so!

The Palmer High School Health Education Mission: Palmer Health Education will provide each student a variety of opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills which promote and enable them to make healthy and informed decisions throughout their lives.
