The OOPs! Slip is filled out by a Specials teacher for students who have made poor choices in a specials class. Filling out an OOPs! slip is a quick way for the specials teachers to sign a students planner/folder without that student having to leave the classroom. One copy is sent home with the student and a second copy is kept for our record. Receiving two of these slips in a nine week period will result in a drop in conduct grade. If your student receives one of these slips please sign and return to their teacher. Keeping in contact with parents about behavior plays an important role in maintaining a fun and safe environment for all students while attending specials.
