Author Studies
 
We will be doing some wonderful author studies this year. Studying individual authors helps children see special qualities in books that might interest them. If they can find an author or series that intrigues them, their desire to read grows! Each book with have special activities along with it. We will end each series with a fun cooking activity! August/September
