Breakfast Club
Mrs. Tompkins’ Breakfast Club
In an effort to increase student responsibility and pride in accomplishments, I have a monthly “Breakfast Club.”
To be a member of the club, a student must:
1) come to school each day and on time;
2) return all homework completed and signed when it is due.
Being “on time” means being in line on the playground when the bell rings at 8:10 a.m. Daily homework needs to be checked by an adult and initialed. If a student is absent, any homework missed needs to be made up.
If a student accomplishes these tasks each day for the month, he/she will join me for breakfast in the classroom before school on the designated day. I will bring the breakfast. The child needs to bring an appetite!
I am looking forward to having many students achieve this goal!
