My Home Page
Welcome to 5th Grade Pink Group Web pages.
These pages will be a source of information for parents and students as we scale the heights of learning in 5th grade. The 5th grade teachers of the pink group look forward to an exciting, enriching year! Come join the learning adventure! For your convenience, you will find a copy of the 2011-2012 supply list on this home page. Please bring all of your supplies the first day of the new school year, which is Thursday, September 8. Please put your name on all of your supplies with felt tipped marker or paper, pencil and tape. Things do stray and it is much easier to return materials to the rightful owner if names are written on the items. *****Over the course of this first full week of school, we will begin to use our ELA supplies. I appreciate any and all supplies you have already been able to purchase and provide for your child. Although it was not on the supply list, each student will need to have a black 1 inch three ring binder for ELA. If you have an extra binder but it is not black, that will be fine. My hope is to begin using these binders by next Monday at the very latest. Obviously, due to the recent floods, many families have had other very important priorities to tend to. Please let us know if your child/family is in need of school supplies or any other needed items. There are many ways BKW is available to assist. Dear Parents and Students, Welcome to Fifth grade!
