Hello, I am Mrs. Lingle, the K-6 Music Teacher for the Riverside School District. I like hot tea, reading, and peanut M&M’s. I am also very excited to have your child in my music class. Music is really a lot of fun. We learn to identify beats in music, follow rhythm patterns, read music notes, listen to various composers and styles of music, play instruments, and SING, SING, SING! There are concerts every year that feature each of the classes so look forward to hearing the performance results of all our work.
I hope you will find that this is a webpage that has many interesting features and that it is easy to find important information. My goal is to make this website not just a tool for me, as the teacher, to connect with parents, but also a learning tool and resource for the students. Please feel free to offer any suggestions for improvements to this site.
