Ms. Keller's Page English Department/Palmer High School

Welcome to my webpage. I am excited to use this resources to better communicate with students, parents, and community members about what is happening both in my classroom and in regards to community and service.

My responsibilities here at Palmer include being a classroom teacher for both 10th grade students in English in the International Baccalaureate program and 12th grade students in a senior elective English class titled Modern Fiction. In addition, I coordinate the community service requirements for the 9th and 10th grade students in the IB program. I have been a classroom teacher for nine years now, and with every year appreciate more and more the gift this career is to me. I passionately love teaching, and feel lucky all the time that I spend my days with extraordinary young people.

In my job as Community Service Coordinator, I have the opportunity to connect the Palmer community to our local schools, nonprofit organizations, and the global community in an effort to better or world through community service. Every day, Palmer students are making an impact on their community, and my job is to facilitate the communication of community service opportunities and to make possible opportunities for students.

Palmer is an amazing place to be. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this dynamic and gifted staff, and look forward to many teachable moments in the future.
