Welcome to my 1^st grade class this year.  I have been teaching at Dyer Elementary School since January, 1971.Yes, I have been teaching 40 years and I love it now as much as ever.  I graduated from Dyer High School and then Union University.  My husband, Harry, is also in education as an athletic director and assistant principal at Gibson County High School.  We have two children. Allison who is married to Justin Little, and they have a daughter, Samantha. Clint is married to Brooke, and they live in Friendship.  My family is very important to me, and my children at school are a part of my family! 

I am planning to have a successful year with all my children. We will read, write, add, subtract, count, learn many skills and be the best 1^st grade class we can be!
