February Update
Here are some important things happening this month: 1. Report cards come home this Friday in your child's Friday folder. Please fill out the yellow comment card and return to me so I can turn them into Mrs. Kehm. We appreciate the home/school communication. 2. Our classroom Valentine's Day party will be on Feb. 14th from 2:30-3:25. Please have your child sign his/her name on 21 valentines and bring to school in a plastic bag in the morning so we can pass them out before our party. If you would rather write out the names to whom you are sending them to, I have provided a list of class names in your child's Friday folder. 3. Special Days to dress for: (This is optional.) Friday, Feb. 10th PJ Day Wed. Feb. 22nd Blue Out Day- Recognizing George Washington's Birthday -wear any shade of blue this day. 4. We will be walking to the high school on February 17th from 12:00-3:00. Please do not plan on taking your child out to lunch on that day. We will be leaving early to get to the play on time. No parents are needed to drive because we are walking. 5. Look for our (pink) homework packet that will be going home next Monday. You have until March to complete. (Some students have received this already.)
