Canvas Painting Club

The Canvas Painting Club will meet a few times this year.  Students are required to register for their grade level session ahead of time.  Space is limited!  To hold your spot, see Mrs. McNally with $10.00 cash for each session. Times and dates will be announced 1-2 weeks prior to each meeting.

Please check back in January for the next Canvas Club meeting.                                

2:45 – 4:45pm in room 258

Scholastic Art and Writing

The Scholastic Awards look for work that demonstrates technical skill, personal voice or vision, and originality. After you have created your work, you can upload it to your Scholastic Awards Account. Once you have logged in, follow the instructions to upload all of your submissions into the system. 

Contest deadline is 12/15/16.

Doodle for Google

Students in grades K-12 are invited to take part in the 2016 Doodle 4 Google contest, and create a doodle that tells the world “What I see for the future.” From crayons to clay, graphic design, or even food, young artists can utilize any materials to bring their creation to life. Like all Google Doodles, each doodle must incorporate the letters G-o-o-g-l-e. One national winner will also receive a $30,000 college scholarship. 

The contest is open for entries from September 14, 2016 to December 2, 2016.
