November 2011 Dear Parents and Friends, As we draw near to the Thanksgiving holiday, let me express to you my sincere appreciation for all that you do to make St. Ambrose School such a wonderful Catholic school. It is a proud moment for me each morning as I see you arrive with your children who attend the early morning program. Your kind remarks and greetings to me each day make me happy to be principal of St. Ambrose School. You make the start of my day go well! So many of our parents who are able to volunteer their time at school make such a positive difference in what we are able to offer to our students. Our Home School Association gives so much to provide programs, technology equipment, and other resources for our school. I cannot thank you enough for all the hard work you do. You add to the excellence of St. Ambrose School. Thanks, too, to the volunteers who keep our technology equipment running smoothly. You have "saved the day" so many times for us. It would be hard to function without your help. To those who come in every week without fail to organize our school library, I thank you sincerely. Our library is a wonderful place to read. study, and learn because of you. And to those parents who give of their time within the classrooms, assisting, tutoring, and giving the teachers the extra support they need, please know how much you are appreciated. Those bulletin boards you decorate and the supervision you do mean so much to the teachers and me. I am so appreciative that you share your talents and ideals with our students in after school extracurricular activities. It is wonderful, too, that so many of you use your talents to market St. Ambrose School and help to keep our relationships alive with alumni and parishioners. To all of our parents and friends of St. Ambrose School, I thank you and wish you a blessed and happy Thanksgiving. Mr. Jim Leveskas Principal Power School for Parents: (https://rcdaps.org/public)
