Find day trips to local places we are learning about through the OC Parks website. http://www.ocparks.com/ STAR TESTING We will begin testing on Tuesday, May 8th. Testing will be Tuesday through Friday mornings. If you normally volunteer in the classroom on those days between 8 am and 10:15 am you will not be permitted in the classroom. You can come in at a later time or take the week off! Looking for donations for your company? Please visit our website for items needed. We can also use gift cards to Target and Staples. http://www.donorschoose.org/jdibias School Supplies Needed!! Please make sure your child has scissors and glue sticks available in class. Several students do not have supplies to finish projects for the end of the year. Staples has scissors and glus sticks on sale this week for $1.00 each! Our classroom is also in need of Clorox wipes for our desk cleaning and kleenex boxes. If you can donate a box to our classroom that would be greatly appreciated!
I now have a new web site that lets us add links to web sites for students and parents to use as a resource or additional practice. It is www.portaportal.com and the user name is TRRoom36 and the password is student. This is a one stop place to go to for recommended web sites. Book orders Our Last Book order will be placed this week! Book Orders are now available online! Enter the class code JBJ4Y to get to our class page to order. If you are ordering books from our class list, click on the link below. Go to the parent sign in section on the right side in the purple box. Or you may fill in the order form and send in a check for the amount of the total order.
