Parents and students, please use this page as a resource for information, feedback, and success in Ms. Brown's English classes.  The links along the right and across the top of the page provide access to files, homework turn-in, and a running blog of assignments and directions for classes.

Grades are posted in Zangle (Parent and Student Connect), and a syllabus is created for each quarter that outlines major units and assignments.  Grades are weighted in categories according to Formative and Summative scores in both reading and writing.

My mission is to influence students toward thinking and responsibility.  My classes operate on a foundation of unconditional respect, with plenty of humor, freedom, challenge, and opportunity for success.
