Garfield Lemonius is a graduate of York University in Toronto, with his specialized honors Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Education degrees and also holds his Masters of Fine Arts in Dance (Choreographic Theory and Practice) from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Lemonius’ career includes dancing in film and television, working with nationally and internationally renowned choreographers, as well as performing on concert dance stages in Canada, the US and Europe. He has been a teacher and guest artist at various intensives and universities including Debbie Allen Dance Institute Summer Intensive, Southern Methodist University, University of Oklahoma, Point Park University Conservatory of Dance International Summer Dance and York University in Toronto, Canada, and is currently on faculty at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
