Hours of Operation Hours of Operation, Checkout Rules, and Lost/ Damaged Books
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Checkouts:
Kindergarten students may check out one book.

1st-5th grade students may check out two books for a two-week loan period.

4th or 5th grade students who visit the library without his/her class, must bring their hall pass/planner.

Parents and guardians may sign up for a library account and may check out up to five books for a two-week period.

If a book is not returned when a class visits the media center, a report is generated to assist the student and parents in locating the book.

Overdue books:
There are no fines for overdue books.  However, students are encouraged to be timely in returning books so that other students may have access to them.  If the student has a book that is 30 days overdue, the book must be returned or renewed in order to have checkout privileges.

Books may be renewed once if the student needs to keep them for a longer period.

Lost or damaged books:
If a library book is lost or damaged, payment will be expected as soon as possible.  Please contact Mr. Baxter to request payment arrangements.

Late, lost, or damaged library books need to be cleared from the student's account in order to resume checking out books
