Students will take part in a q and A session as a form of review.

Wednesday 8 February
Multiple choice test, Chapter 17.
Continue Chapter 18, pp. 426-428.Lecture
Students will learn about the Compromise of 1850.


Thursday 9  February
Conclude Chapter 18, pp.429-435. Lecture.
Students will learn how the Compromise of 1850 was destroyed by passage of the Kansas-Nebraska Act.

Friday 10  February

Begin Chapter 19, pp.437-441. Lecture.
Students will learn about the sequence of events of the 1850s precipitating the Civil War.

Begin 3.3.Lecture.
Students will learn how basic legislation has added to our basic understanding of the Constitution over time.
