Please read the following reminders concerning school parties and birthdays:

*Elementary students may only bring items for distribution to classmates on the 3 party days designated by the school. Those days are (1) Winter Break, (2) Valentine’s Day and  (3) End -of -Year. These are also the only days that items of minimal nutritional value are allowed. Please do not send any food items or party favors to school at other times as they cannot be distributed. We appreciate your cooperation.

*Cookies or donuts may be sent for your child's birthday. Cakes and cupcakes are not allowed. Birthday treats will be distributed after 2:30.

*Students issuing invitations to individual birthday parties or other celebrations may only do so at school if all students in the homeroom class are invited.  These birthday invitations must be passed out at the end of the day with permission from the teacher.

*Valentine Parties are planned for all grade levels on Tuesday, February 14^th, beginning at 1:50pm.  We welcome all parents, grandparents, etc. to join in the festivities.  It is preferred, when at all possible, that siblings not attend.  Classrooms can become crowded rather quickly when guests begin to arrive and space is at a premium.  Of course, if you can attend and have no alternative but to bring younger children, then please know that we welcome your presence.  We appreciate your support!  Thank you.
