Our Classroom Dictionary

This page is a work in progress.  I'll eventually have two sections up and running, one for children and one for parents.  If your child is choosing a link, please make sure you check it with your child.  I'll try to find ad-free sites, but all sites should be parent-approved first.

Write in Braille
Do you remember how to make the dots raise up? Turn the paper over and color in the dots with a pencil. Press hard. When you turn the paper over, the dots will be raised up.
Read with Clifford the Big Red Dog and then do some activities.
Listen to Stories, Poems, Fables FREE
Parents, Membership is free. I DID NOT look at the whole site. I have a dial-up connection and the kitties try to find the source of the voices if they are coming out of the computers so I don't have the speakers hooked up. But it looks very interesting and I have heard about it. Please check it before allowing your child to explore.

Many first graders will not be ready for this game for some time. It's quite challenging, and maybe a little additive.
