Welcome! My name is David Healey and I've been teaching here at Booker T Washington now for 13 years. I am a 1991 graduate of Texas A&M University, majoring in Biology and Chemisty, and hope to generate genuine interest in science in my classroom. In addition to teaching, I worked for LabCorp, a clinical chemistry lab for 7 years prior to becoming a teacher. It is my hope that both my educational and professional experience will be an asset to my students. The website will be your go-to resource this year for everything from the syllabus, the timeline of what is being covered each week, to notes and powerpoints. I will not be printing these for the class, it is your responsibility to either take the notes in class or make your own copies. Lastly, I will do my best to make sure everything is up to date and available, but please let me know if I have left something off... Healey out
