Frank Hetland
My name is Frank Hetland. This is my third year at Carroll Elementary. I graduated from the University of Redlands in Southern California. I have been married for almost 14 years and have three sons in the Frisco ISD. JT and Cade attend Cobb Middle School, and Gannon is in second grade at Carroll. I am looking forward to an exciting year at Carroll Elementary!
