My name is Patrick McNeal and I am so happy to be teaching 3rd grade at Carroll Elementary. This is my 5th year of teaching and 3rd year at Carroll. I went to Sam Houston State University where I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Math. I have been married to my wife, Sara, for a little over two years. Let’s be successful together!
