The mission of the library program is to teach information literacy skills, nurture the love of reading, prepare students to meet state standards, and partner with the 21st century school community to foster lifelong learning and global citizenship.
Under the leadership of the librarian, the library program facilitates resource-based instruction, supports teacher collaboration and team teaching, and ensures that students and staff are effective, self-reliant, and critical users of ideas and information.
