This is my 8th year at Canyon Vista teaching Gateway to Technology, pre-engineering classes.  I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering then worked at Fluor Engineers & Constructors designing Petro/Chemical plants.  I moved to Austin to work at Eaton Corporation designing ion implanters and photo resist processing equipment for the semi-conductor industry.  That is where I met my awesome husband, Jim!  My husband and I started our own Precision Sheet Metal business where I was Director of Engineering and CNC Programming.  We have two incredible children - Natalie just graduated from the University of Texas and Brian is a junior at Texas A & M University.  Engineering is my passion and I love teaching students!  I am currently enrolled in the UT Master's program - HOOK'EM HORNS!!!
