Art

The primary goal of Art is to provide students with an opportunity to learn about and have an appreciation for the many expressions and forms of art in our world.  Art class provides an environment that encourages students to express themselves and gain self-confidence through art; offers the opportunity to use different materials and media through hands-on experimentation; teaches the elements and principles of design; introduces various artists and different types of art and teaches students to appreciate art and architecture from different cultures and countries around the globe.
