Meet Ms. Cleary
|

I am beginning my 26th year of teaching at St. Mary Catholic School. I am always excited to work with a new group of students each year. Their smiling faces and enthusiasm for learning makes me feel energized. I have taught many years in second grade. I have also taught third, fifth, and sixth grades as well as 3 and 4 year olds.
I have three children and one grandson. My oldest daughter graduated from Virginia Tech last year and is a mental health associate at Brook Lane Hospital. My son works as a mechanic in Hagerstown. And my youngest daughter is a freshman at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh studying to be a teacher. My grandson is one and a half and a very busy boy!
I live in Pennsylvania with my oldest daughter and my puppy, Emma, and my cat, Gilly.
I enjoy being part of the St. Mary school community. I have not only worked here, but have also been a parent here. All three of my children graduated from St. Mary's. They all have fond memories of their time at our school and gained a strong educational background to help them be successful in high school and beyond.
