5th Grade Pine Cove Medications

I still have a box full of medication from Pine Cove.  Please come & pick up this medication.  If you want your child to be able to use this medication here at school when needed, the medication request form must be filled out and returned to the clinic.  The forms you signed for Pine Cove are strictly for use at Pine Cove.
