Hello and welcome to the Allen Elementary Art home page! My name is Rachel Gaston and I am the new Allen Art teacher. I graduated from Harding University in 2007, with a Bachelor's in Art Education. I have taught elementary art for the past three years in Fort Smith, Arkansas. I moved back home in Texas this summer, and am excited to be joining the Allen family.
I enjoy spending time with my baby girl, Macy, who will celebrate her first birthday on October 1st. I also love to paint and draw portraits in my free time. Recently, mural painting has become a new passion.
I look forward to meeting everyone and sharing art with your wonderful children!
