The Irvine Unified School District Science program covers Solids and Liquids, Plants and Animals and Weather in first grade.  The Solids and Liquids unit will be covered in the fall. The Weather unit will be covered in the winter and Plants and Animals unit will be covered in the spring. We will be conducting observations along with "hands on" experiments to support what we are learning. All assignments are completed in class.
