Want to know about the preschool staff? Here are some things you might not know about us...

Miss Amy

I am so excited to be starting my fifth year at Lamprey River Elementary School.  I have been teaching for ten years, four years as a second grade teacher and the last six years teaching preschool.  I also completed a year long internship teaching kindergarten.  I received my Bachelors of Science in Education from Northeastern University and a Masters in Early Childhood Education and Special Needs from the University of New Hampshire.  I am certified to teach both Early Childhood (up to third grade) and Special Education.

I live in Hampton Falls with my husband Paul, our twelve-year-old son Conor, six-year-old daughter Mikayla, and dog, Scruffy.  They all keep me VERY busy...but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Miss Stacey

This is such an exciting time of year for me.  I really do look forward to meeting new faces and spending more time with those I already know.  This is my sixth year as a preschool teacher at Lamprey River Elementary School.  I was the Speech-Language Pathologist at LRES for preschool and kindergarten students for two years prior to teaching.  I worked in a school district in Denver, CO as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a Head Start and Kindergarten Program for five years before I moved to New Hampshire.  I attended Purdue University for my undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and I completed my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology at The Ohio State University.  I am certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist and as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher.

I am married with a thirteen-year-old step-daughter, and had my first baby, Marley Grace,  in October 2010!  We also have three cats (we are suckers for a kitten that needs to be rescued).

Miss Tricia

I am very excited to be given the opportunity to work with Miss Amy and such wonderful preschoolers again this school year! In May 2010, I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology. I am certified to teach from grades K-8. During my time at Keene State, I was able to student teach in two fourth grade classrooms, as well as a first grade classroom, so preschool is going to be a whole new experience for me.

I hope to one day have my own classroom, but right now I am enjoying the new experience and gaining a lot of new perspectives on teaching from both Amy  and the students. I look forward to working with your children and watching them grow and succeed with all their new found knowledge!

Miss Sharon

Preschool is one of my favorite places to be!  I am Miss Sharon and I love to teach the children all kinds of magical things.  Basic life skills such as connecting with others, learning to share, listening nicely, numbers, letters and much more begin at this wonderful age.

I have three happy grown children (but always young to me) Ian, Grant and Anna.  Oh how fast they grow!  Feel free to fill my empty time should you need an weekend away!  Be proud of your children as they begin their journey...it is such a special time!
