Happy New Year!

Welcome back to Coronado High School! I hope you are ready for second semester. We will be moving quickly through a variety of materials. CSAP will be the last two weeks before Spring Break. We have a lot to cover before then.

Please be prepared for class with materials, textbooks and your work finished. It would be a shame to get behind if it isn't necessary.

Also, lets work harder to get to class on time. Tardiness, as well as being rude, means you haven't been in class for instructions or directions. It is very difficult to be successful if you aren't here on time.

Finally, we are doing something new in the Sophomore English classes. A new grading procedure, focusing on the short cycle assessments, will start on 1/11/10. Letters have been sent home to explain the changes. Don't forget to have them signed at home and returned by 1/11/10.
